“Page One” is the Asia’s leader for book retailer and publisher, which the headquarter is based in Singapore. Mark Tan founded Page One in 183 with US$ 37,000. The first retail shop occupied a floor space of 1500 sq.ft. was opened in the same year with 3 staff including Mark Tan and his wife.

Nowadays, “Page One” has stores in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Thailand, served by more than 300 professional staff across Asia. In 1993, established the Company’s publishing arm, Page One’s publishing has two lines of products with 150 titles annually on design content and 100 titles annually on life style content and a lifestyle magazine. Beside English Language, our titles have also been translated into 10 foreign languages, including Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Norwegian, Italian, Spanish and Swedish.
