Thaiwatsadu Reinforces Its Role as a Thai Brand Backing the Fighting Spirit — Investing Over 3 million Baht as ‘Thaiwatsadu × RWS Rajadamnern World Series’ Enters the Final Stretch, Celebrating Victory Across More Than 70 Bouts and Elevating Muay Thai to Global Sports Entertainment

Bangkok 25 May 2026 –Thaiwatsadu, leading retailers of construction materials and home improvement products under CRC Thaiwatsadu Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Central Retail, continues to strengthen its role as a Thai brand helping drive Thailand’s sporting industry forward through its collaboration with Global Sport Ventures Co Ltd (GSV) and Rajadamnern Stadium in the ‘Thaiwatsadu × RWS Rajadamnern World Series, a world-class Muay Thai competition series held every Saturday night from 28 February 2026 over a total of 14 weeks, featuring more than 70 bouts. The tournament is backed by total sponsorship funding of more than 3 million baht and has now entered the final stretch of the season, created memorable championship moments and celebrated the outstanding fighters who emerged victorious across each weight division. The latest champion from the competition held on 23 May 2026 was Laura Burgos, champion of Bantamweight alongside Chalarm Paranchai, champion of the Super Featherweight division, Chiabkard Por. Pongsawang, champion of the Featherweight division, and Marie Ruumet, Women’s Flyweight champion. The competition has unfolded amid an electrifying atmosphere created by Muay Thai fans from both Thailand and overseas, reflecting the growing strength of Muay Thai as a form of global Sports Entertainment.

The ‘Thaiwatsadu × RWS Rajadamnern World Series’ has been broadcast live every Saturday night on Workpoint Channel 23 since 28 February 2026, and has now reached an intense final phase. Results by weight division and special awards are as follows:

  • Super Featherweight (130 lbs.): Chalarm Paranchai defeated Kiwthong T.K.D. Muay Thai
  • Featherweight (126 lbs.): Chiebkat Por.Phongsawang defeated Yothin FA Group
  • Women’s Flyweight (112 lbs.): Marie Ruumet defeated Jitti
  • Women’s Bantamweight (118 lbs.) Interim Championship: Laura Burgos defeated NongMay and captured the 200,000 Baht Knockout Award.
