This year, I have been entrusted with the position of Chief Executive Officer of Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited, a great honour to contribute to the advancement of an organisation characterised by its substantial potential and robust ecosystem. I am dedicated to leading our efforts to be the leader in Thailand’s retail and wholesale sectors.

My firm intention is to build upon our established policies and operational framework with the CRC OMNI-Intelligence strategy, alongside elevating our retail and wholesale platform. This will enhance accessibility to our goods and services for customers across all channels, ensuring convenience at every touchpoint.

Looking ahead to the rest of 2025 and beyond, Central Retail remains steadfast in its ambition to be "Central to Life," driving sustainable growth across all dimensions. We will leverage the successes of our four core business categories – Fashion, Food, Hardline, and Property – while simultaneously enhancing our organisational structure and empowering our people through the Human-AI strategy. By embracing innovation and new technologies, we will remain agile and responsive to evolving market dynamics and challenges. Simultaneously, we are committed to pursue new business opportunities both domestically and internationally, forging collaborations with partners across sectors to strengthen all businesses under Central Retail. Our enduring principle is to conduct business sustainably, guided by ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles under our "CRC Care" business philosophy, which encompasses seven key dimensions. Our focus includes fostering SMEs, developing communities, and minimising our environmental footprint, all while upholding principles of transparent and ethical management.

I firmly believe that with our inherent strengths, a dedicated and capable team, and our drive for continuous improvement, Central Retail is well-equipped to navigate any challenges that lie ahead with confidence.
