Dual Education Program

Central Retail continues to support the Dual Vocational Education Scholarship Program, which includes both higher vocational certificates and bachelor's degrees. This project seeks to identify and develop talented individuals, as well as provide them with information and skills that are relevant to industry demands. In 2024, more than 2,400 students took part in the program, with Central Retail providing scholarships. Between 2012 and 2024, a total of 2,785 participants were hired as full-time employees.
