Numerous people's livelihoods have been severely impacted by the flooding in northern Thailand, which has damaged homes and leading to the deprivation of access to necessities such as food and clean drinking water. Central Retail started a project to alleviate hardship and improve the quality of life for impacted employees and their families in order to support employees during this challenging time.

The program offered special welfare benefits in various areas, including discounts on construction materials from Thai Watsadu for home repairs and free repair services for electrical appliances from Power Buy, along with up to 50% discounts on spare parts for damaged equipment. In addition, Central Retail provided food, drinking water, and essential supplies to employees and local communities to help safeguard their health and well-being.

Through this initiative, Central Retail supported over 500 households, with assistance valued at more than 4 million baht. Over 100 volunteers participated in flood recovery efforts, helping employees and communities return to normal life more quickly.

During this physically and mentally distressing time, Central Retail also shared messages of support and extended aid to those affected by flooding and storms across all regions of Thailand and Vietnam. This outreach reflects our commitment to being "Central to Life", meaning the heart of life for everyone in the areas where the Company operates.

Central Retail is deeply committed to building sustainability across all aspects of its operations. The Company stands alongside all sectors and remains dedicated to improving quality of life throughout society while fostering long-term, sustainable growth.
