Central Retail believes that building a sustainable organization starts with taking a holistic approach to employee well-being, encompassing physical and mental health, relationships among colleagues, and fostering a strong sense of belonging within the organization.
Central Retail has continuously organized the CRC League sports competition for three consecutive years to promote employee health and well-being, while strengthening relationships and teamwork across different business units within the organization.
The CRC League focuses on three key objectives:
1. Employee Health & Wellness Promote employees’ physical and mental well-being through enjoyable, challenging, and engaging exercise and sporting activities. The initiative supports holistic health and encourages a healthy balance between work and personal life.
2. Cross-BU Collaborations Use sports as a platform to strengthen collaboration across business units, fostering teamwork, unity, and connections among employees from diverse functions through shared experiences of competition and team support.
3. Employee Engagement & Recognition Strengthen employees’ connection and engagement with the organization through inclusive activities that encourage participation from everyone, while recognizing teams for their dedication and fostering a sense of pride and belonging as part of Central Retail through a friendly and positive competitive environment.
Over the three years of the CRC League, the initiative has made a tangible contribution to enhancing employees’ physical and mental well-being, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and fostering employee engagement. It supports Central Retail in moving forward as a people-centric organization, with a strong belief in the power of unity and collaboration to drive sustainable success
