Central Retail supports collaborative initiatives that contribute to reducing environmental impacts across the value chain and advancing the transition toward low-carbon transportation. In 2025, Central Retail participated in the SDG and EV Climate Credit Program, an initiative led by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in collaboration with Thailand’s Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP) and the automotive network, with support from the Government of Japan.

The program provides a platform to monitor and evaluate greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles and compare the environmental impacts of internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles with electric vehicles (EVs) and zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs). The platform supports the use of emissions data to inform sustainable transport policies and encourage the transition toward lower-emission transportation.

Through its participation in the initiative, Central Retail supports collaborative efforts to promote low-carbon transportation, greenhouse gas emissions monitoring and the adoption of electric and other low-emission vehicles, contributing to the management of transportation-related environmental impacts across its operations and value chain.
