Thaiwatsadu Expands Its Presence with the Opening of 'Thaiwatsadu Nakhon Sawan Branch' in December

Thaiwatsadu's 78th branch aims to capitalize on the growing demand and purchasing power in the central and northern regions, thereby preparing the province for expansion in 2024.

Bangkok, December 13, 2023 - Thaiwatsadu, a leading retailer specializing in construction materials and home furnishing products, operating under CRC Thaiwatsadu Co., Ltd. a subsidiary of Central Retail, has invested 340 million in a strategic business expansion. This initiative involves the establishment of the 78th Thaiwatsadu branch in Nakhon Sawan, covering an expansive area of 16,000 square meters. The goal is to contribute to the economic growth of the province and position it as a significant hub for tourism, transport, and logistics. This expansion also caters to the increasing demand for construction materials and home furnishing products from various stakeholders, including the government, private sector, entrepreneurs, contractors, and the approximately 200,000 households in the neighborhood.

Suthisarn Chirathivat, CEO of CRC Thaiwatsadu Company Limited, a subsidiary of Central Retail, emphasized Thaiwatsadu's ongoing commitment to meeting the demands for construction materials and real estate in alignment with the CRC Intelligent plan. This commitment was further demonstrated by the recent expansion of its branch to Nakhon Sawan province, marking the establishment of its 78th branch with an investment of 340 million baht, aimed at fostering the growth of Nakhon Sawan province as the economic center of the lower northern region.

“Anticipations for 2024 suggest a rising popularity for Nakhon Sawan Province as a tourist destination, driven by extensive government-led mega projects such as the northern high-speed railway, Nakhon Sawan-Mae Sot double track railway, and the extension of the northern railway. These mega-projects have captured the attention of investors and major businesses, recognizing the province's significant growth potential. These factors collectively serve as pivotal catalysts for the expansion of the construction sector. Consequently, this presents business opportunities for Thaiwatsadu to consider expanding its branches into this promising area.”

Situated on Phahonyothin Road, Nong Krot Subdistrict, Mueang District, located opposite Chaopraya University, the Thaiwatsadu Nakhon Sawan Branch occupies a space exceeding 16,000 square meters. Key features that set this branch apart include:

This thoughtful arrangement aims to facilitate customers in their purchase decisions, offering both advice and detailed product information.
  • Logistics hub linking three regions - With the current expansion into Nakhon Sawan province, Thaiwatsadu opens up another avenue for its partners and entrepreneurs to tap into a broader audience. This move extends their reach to people in the central and northern regions, leveraging the province's potential as a pivotal connection point for transportation routes across all three areas. Nakhon Sawan has emerged as a crucial economic city, offering opportunities for diverse business expansion across various sectors.
  • A commitment to sustainability - The Thaiwatsadu Nakhon Sawan Branch has implemented a solar rooftop system with an on-grid size of 600 KWp.
