Central Retail Vietnam Inaugurates and Hands Over Educational Facilities Worth Over VND 2.3 billion to Dai Son Primary School, Khanh Hoa Province

Khanh Hoa, 30 September 2025 – Central Retail Vietnam officially inaugurated and handed over new educational facilities to Dai Son Primary School, located in Phan Rang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province. The project, with a total investment of more than VND 2.3 billion, comprises two newly built classrooms, a counseling room, and a support room for students with disabilities. These additions play a vital role in enhancing the school’s learning environment and improving the quality of education.

At the ceremony, Mr. Phan Quoc Trieu, Deputy Head of Culture & Society of Phan Rang Ward, emphasised: “Education has always been a top national priority and a cornerstone for the country’s sustainable development. Investing in education is investing in the future. However, given the local realities, school infrastructure - especially at the primary level - still faces significant challenges. The timely support from Central Retail through the ‘One Mall, One School’ program provides practical and meaningful improvements, reflecting the company’s commitment to sharing and supporting the local community.”

Ms. Lam Thi Phu, Principal of Dai Son Primary School, expressed her gratitude: “The project not only brings us new classrooms but also much-needed functional facilities such as a counseling room and a space dedicated to inclusive education. This is a truly invaluable gift that motivates both our teachers and students, particularly when our school has long struggled with a shortage of classrooms and a lack of specialized facilities. With today’s handover, the new block of four rooms has significantly strengthened our school’s ability to fulfill its educational mission.”

Representing Central Retail Vietnam, Mr. Chalermchai Pornsiripiyakool, Head of International Corporate Affairs & CSR, remarked: “The educational facilities inaugurated today will directly benefit nearly 1,000 students at Dai Son Primary School by providing safer and more supportive spaces for learning. This project is part of our ‘One Mall, One School’ initiative, under which Central Retail Vietnam has contributed more than VND 12.8 billion to improve facilities at 15 schools nationwide, positively impacting over 8,700 students. We hope this handover will also foster stronger connections between our GO! Ninh Thuan employees and the school, as well as deepen our partnership with local authorities.”

Currently in Khanh Hoa Province, Central Retail Vietnam operates two malls – GO! Ninh Thuan and GO! Nha Trang – which have been actively contributing to local socio-economic development by creating hundreds of jobs, promoting local agricultural products, and supporting sustainable community growth.
